SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Toddlers Towers - for the age of up to 4 years - can support up to 40kg

** ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES **

Not designed to be rocked or lent out of.

Designed to be used flush up against a solid structure such as a kitchen bench top, cupboard, bathroom vanity etc

Ensure all dangerous items are out of reach before use

Ensure your Tower is not placed near hot surfaces or items

We advise your child wears socks while using the tower to minimize a slippery surface when wet as we texture the surface of the platforms to increase grip

Toddlers Towers takes no responsibility for any injury caused when using your tower

RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy!!

However, if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know so that we can help you. You may return it to us for an exchange only, for equal or greater value (shipping must be covered by the customer for exchanges). 


RETURNS

Our Towers are non-refundable, unless deemed faulty, therefore need to be authorized to be refunded. 

All returns must be authorized within seven (7) days of the delivery date. If longer than the 7 days, your tower will be deemed as used, and therefore non refundable.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition

Change of Mind is not accepted as a reason for refund. 

Please ensure you read all our Terms and Conditions and the product is right for you before purchasing. 

Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable



RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please contact us to obtain a return shipping label to print and attach securely, and waterproofed, to your tower packaging. 

After receiving your label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and our courier will collect and return to us. 

Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. 

We are happy to organize the return, but you are responsible for charges. If you are organizing shipping yourself, we recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.



REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item here at Toddlers Towers, to process your exchange/refund. We will notify you when your return has been processed.

If any damage has occurred, or we believe the tower has been used, we may deduct a sum from your refund amount. Therefore we advise wrapping your tower up securely before shipping back.  

We will let you know of this outcome prior to processing the refund. 

All decisions are final. 



TRANSIT DAMAGE

Toddlers Towers use an external company to ship its products across Australia - Couriers Please and Fastway (Amtrak) - We are bound by their terms and conditions

If your tower is damaged in transit, we may offer you an exchange, refund or monetary compensation, depending on the damage.

We will assess this on a case by case basis as the safety of your child is our number 1 priority, and if we deem a tower to be damaged within safety reasons, we will request it be sent back to us. Our decision here is final due to safety reasons.

If you accept compensation, you accept the tower in its current state and liability. If your tower has been damaged in transit, please do the following and send them to us;

 1. Take a photo of the packaging that your tower came in, with the tower damage in the same image

2. Take a photo showing the shipping label, with the damage, in the same frame

3. Damaged items - Take as many photos as you can

We will then apply for a a refund/damage insurance from the courier. This can take up to 5-10 business days to get a single response from the courier. Please bear with us, we are bound by the couriers customer service who are working as hard as they can. 


LATE DELIVERY

Toddlers Towers use an external company to ship its products across Australia - Couriers Please and Fastway (Amtrak) - We are bound by their terms and conditions

When we do a quote for your tower delivery, we use the delivery estimate from the courier company in your area. If a tower is late, this is unfortunately out of our control. We will do our best to communicate between you and the courier, to get a true and accurate delivery time on your parcel and it's location. 

Please bear with us, and understand that these situations are out of our control, and can sometimes be affected by Covid 19 and delivery times. 

No monetary compensation will be given for late delivery



TOWERS LOST IN TRANSIT

Toddlers Towers use an external company to ship its products across Australia - Couriers Please and Fastway (Amtrak) - We are bound by their terms and conditions

If your tower is lost in transit, you will be covered by our insurance through the courier company. If your tower is delivered to your address, and then lost, this will not be covered, as it is delivered under ATL (Authority To Leave) -  we can only claim if the parcel has been lost or damaged in transit: ''that is, it was lost or damaged after it was scanned as picked up, and before it was scanned as delivered.” 

Should there be any issues with delivery, we will assist with communication with the relevant courier company as best we can


EXCEPTIONS

The following cannot be exchanged/refunded;

Seconds, or Damaged Towers sold at discounted prices

Custom Order or Height Towers

Custom Colours - Orange, Yellow, Purple, Lilac, Mint, Baby Blue, Whole Tower Colours, such as all black, or all grey (excluding all white or all pine)


ABUSE AND SWEARING

Abuse, swearing, harassment, or threats of any nature, will not be tolerated to any of our staff. If we deem your behavior to be of an abusive, threatening or harassing behavior, we will not respond to messages, and our staff  have the right to block your messages, emails, or terminate the call. We are here to help you with your product, but also have the right to a safe working environment, both physically and mentally.
